The SAP Business Analyst - Demand to Supply (DTS) position is an integral part of the Information Technologies department team. The position is the primary coordination point for both day-to-day systems support and new project design and implementation with the operations organization.
Responsibilities:
The role will require the analyst to design the system specifications, develop, test, and implement efficient, cost effective solutions within the SAP landscape. Specifically:
- Provide guidance to the businesses on appropriate use of the SAP system
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates as-is business process processes within the DTS work stream.
- Designs to-be business processes based on SAP DTS global template and best practices
- Lead and assist in SAP design sessions
- Will configure and maintain the relevant ECC components including but not limited to SAP PP-PI & SAP QM including documentation
- Support business users in delivery of end user training.
- Supports Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects
- Provide overall maintenance and support.
- Create the development of functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
- Coordination with the global team on all changes
- Travel up to 25% may be required
Qualifications/
Experience:
- In-depth understanding of SAP PP-PI and QM functionality and underlying data model including configuration and master data. Understanding of cross-process integration with focus on manufacturing execution and quality management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end life cycle implementation projects for SAP PP-PI production execution.
- Minimum of 5 years of SAP project experience including facilitation and communication to customers and stakeholders. Demonstrated to provide structure and guidance to a diverse project team. Dynamic, energetic, motivated.
- Must speak French.
- Experience with Variant Configuration a plus
- Experience with SAP MII a plus
- Experience working on 3 or more Full Life Cycle SAP R3 implementations.
- Experience working in a global SAP environment.
- Individual must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills. The ability to multi-task is inherent in the job responsibilities.
- Familiarization and experience working with solution manager and SAP ASAP methodology is a plus.
- Four-year college degree and substantial hands on work experience with SAP (recommended 3-5 years)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Good presentation skills a plus

Although they will be working in PP/PI we will consoder candidates with SD or MM experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
