Responsibilities:
Assist in scale up of recipes from laboratory scale to pilot plant scale.
Use appropriate planning and Organizational Skills to Prepare for daily Lab work (Test Batches) and follow up Testing.
Assist in defining new product QA requirements to ensure product quality and performance.
Perform Mechanical & Chemical Tests on laboratory samples, production samples and competitive samples.
Keep accurate records of all formulations and test results.
Demonstrated ability to Follow Instructions, Test Procedures & Methods.
Write progress reports on assign task or projects.
Maintain assigned work areas and community work areas clean and tidy.
Order raw materials and laboratory supplies as assigned.
Store away raw materials, retains, and reference samples in designated areas.
Properly Label Containers in Clear, Legible manner on Clean Containers.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or College degree in General Sciences.
Proven team-working skills, as well as being able to work under own initiative.
Willing to help other members of the team on testing aspects of their projects.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
Excellent communication skills to all levels, both verbal and written.
Good computer skills in Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point or equivalent.
Able to Tabulate & Format Test Results in Clear, organized manner.
