Municipal Engineering, Site and Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management, Planning, Landscape Architecture, and GIS Data Management.
Experience and Requirements - Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field - 0-3 years of experience in a GIS-specific role - Field experience using a GPS collection device - Experience with Esri ArcGIS Online products such as Field Maps, Survey123 - The applicant must have a valid driver's license - Experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, and ArcCatalog a plus - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications - FAA Part 107 UAS Drone License a plus - AutoCAD or Civil3D experience a plus - Experience interpreting land record data, deeds, and filed maps a plus - Candidate should possess good communication skills - Detail-oriented, analytical ability, pro-active attitude, solution-focused - Never stop learning Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Perform field data collection work in all weather conditions - Provide data digitizing support at a municipal-wide scale - Research information materials and data sources - Support and work directly with GIS Manager and Survey/Geospatial Department Head - Support the firm's Engineers, Planning Professionals, and Construction Managers Compensation and Benefits - Competitive Salary Based upon Experience - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - Section 125 Plan (Flexible Spending Account) - 401k Plan with matching percentage - Paid vacation and sick time - Aflac - Additional Insurance Job Type:
