Must be a team player and work well with others.
Responsibilities Intake of new patient data including verifying insurance eligibility and collecting medical records Scheduling and confirming patient appointments and collecting payments Checking in and out patients and providing referrals Performing a variety of other front office duties such as processing insurance forms, preparing financial records, photocopying and answering phones.
Assist and work in our surgery center on procedure days Follow all office policies and procedures Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Assist during some medical examinations and procedures Setting up treatment rooms in preparation for procedures Assuring cleanliness and orderliness of examination rooms and office areas Restocking rooms and supplies Perform other clinical duties Working closely with doctors and admin staff to ensure best patient care possible Job Type:
