Duties As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's operations.
Your role will involve strategic planning, process improvement, and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our organization.
Key duties include:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity -Work closely with Oversize Coordinator and Permit Manager Daily - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations - Lead business development efforts to expand our customer base and increase revenue - Manage projects and initiatives to ensure successful execution and timely completion - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners - Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's strategic goals Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior leadership position - Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving organizational goals - Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery - Experience in Oversize and Heavy Haul operations -Experience in Logistics and Transportation - Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence, we invite you to apply for the position of Director of Operations.
