Job Overview:
NRS is transitioning to a UKG HRIS environment and needs an expert to lead the HR implementation of UKG employee portal for all management and employees throughout the organization.
This includes updating employee portal, training site leaders on employee data management, supporting payroll implementation (with current Payroll Managers) integrating existing vendors, developing/implementing/training/reinforcing employee data in all facets of employee life cycle.
This HR Operations Director will also be responsible for the management, maintenance, and improvement of the employee/HR data system.
They will also be the primary data analyst for employee HR data.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Lead the HR implementation and integration of new UKG system for NRS.
Ensure project is on schedule, training is conducted, Managers have the support needed to manage employee & their data (i.
e.
time & attendance).
Manage and maintain the UKG/employee portal, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of the organization.
Train leadership on the use of the HRIS and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
Work with HR leadership to identify and implement process improvements that streamline HR processes and enhance the user experience.
Ensure that all HRIS data is secure and protected, and that appropriate access controls are in place.
Monitor HRIS performance and troubleshoot any issues as needed.
Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user manuals/training videos, process maps, workflow documents, etc.
Qualifications:
5
years of experience in HRIS/HR Operations management and support, specializing in UKG.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
Strong relationship-building skills; quickly build relationships with diverse employee & leadership populations.
Ability to quickly gain credibility with diverse and sparsely distributed leadership & employee population; union & non-union employee populations.
Excellent communication and training skills, with a proven ability to train leadership and end-users.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
