Responsibilities:
Assist in order entry functions.
Assist with administrative duties such as scanning, filing and copying etc.
Assist customer with inquiries and disputes Assist dispatch with port appointments, container availability etc.
Updating TMS as needed with billing notes.
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school or equivalent Prior transportation billing and/or order entry experience Experience working with containers and drayage is a plus Strong computational skills especially metric weight and measurement conversion Attention to detail is crucial for this role Robust interpersonal, written, and communication skill set Proficiency with Microsoft Office and TMS systems such as Profit Tools or Prophesy Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
